Meet the Team

IT is about people. That’s why we’ve built the hardest working IT team in the Central Valley. And we never forget to have a little fun.


CEO, Co-founder

David is a technology expert and bona fide “people person”. He manages customer relationships and makes jokes that are inappropriate in most professional environments. He asks for your forgiveness in advance.

David was born and raised in Modesto. He earned a degree from Bethany University and spent the early years of his career in finance and technology startups.

Dave’s true passion is community service and angel investing. He works hard to realize the Central Valley’s untapped cultural and economic potential by assisting local non-profits and fundraising for local startups. He serves on the boards of the Learning Quest Literacy Centers of Stanislaus, UC Merced/Small Business Development Center, the Stanislaus-Merced Angel Investors and the Innovation Council for Stanislaus County. He is also the City Champion for Lemonade Day Modesto, a non-profit that introduces entrepreneurialism to elementary school students.



James is a bit like Steve Wozniak but a lot easier to talk to. He’s been obsessed with computers and networks for as long as he can remember and scored his first job in the industry when he was still in high school.

James cut his teeth at Svenhard’s Swedish Bakery, makers of the iconic Danish-style pastries found across California. As IT Director, he transformed the organization from “pen and paper” processes to a technology-driven enterprise.

James has nearly 20 years of experience in strategic technology planning for small, medium and large organizations. He explains complex solutions in simple terms so you can build consensus in your organization and accomplish great things.


Business Manager (Since 2013)

Laurie oversees Datapath’s day-to-day business, including administration, human resources and finance. She has more than twenty years of experience managing the affairs of Modesto businesses, including Varni Brothers and Nationwide Service Company.


Support Services Manager (Since 2013)

Whether helping at-risk-youth in Ireland or administering digital imaging solutions for Turlock’s hospital, Devin’s career has been about one thing: helping people. Devin maintains the integrity of Datpath’s award-winning support team by ensuring that every ticket is resolved and every client is satisfied. He looks forward to working with you.


Manager, Marketing & CXM (Since 2015)

Kelly is a skilled creative strategist, passionate about customer experience. He drives marketing and customer advocacy efforts at Datapath, with responsibility in brand management, strategic planning and quality assurance. Prior to joining the Datapath team, he spent nearly 10 years in the financial sector with roles in campaign ideation, brand development and lead generation.

Kelly also enjoys being involved in the community with efforts that impact arts and culture, economic empowerment and poverty alleviation.
