We have already have IT staff, what can you do for us?

Many of our clients have existing IT staff. If you already have IT employees, we will partner with them to relieve or share their daily responsibilities, so they can focus on larger projects.

We offer Support360 Hybrid, which provides all the benefits of Support360, but without the Help Desk – allowing your team to provide Help Desk services to your organization. This allows your existing IT staff to work more efficiently, saving your organization time and money.

How can you charge a fixed price for managed services – what’s the catch?

There is no catch. Over the years we have determined what level of network health is achievable on any given network and we understand how much  support and maintenance is needed within a network of that complexity, when it’s properly managed.

We can use those ratios to predict how much support you’re likely to need once we onboard and stabilize the network.

In the beginning, we will incur a financial loss to resolve challenges and bring stability as we take care of neglected items and back-logged IT support request. After which, we’ll we move to the next phase which is maintaining and planning for the future.

I only want to pay when I need you. Why would I want to pay a monthly fee?

The “Break-Fix” (pay-as-you-go) model is when an organization calls an IT service provider to fix a single problem. The provider usually goes onsite, and repairs the issue, then sends a bill for their time. This model rewards IT companies when things break. One of the issues with this type of arrangement is that there is no incentive to fix anything long term except the one issue the technician has been called in to fix.

Today’s IT infrastructures need regular care and proactive maintenance to catch and correct problems when they are small and easy to handle.

Managed Services reward both the client and the IT service provider for UPTIME! It is in the best interest of both parties to maintain a strong and healthy infrastructure.

We do not offer “Break-Fix” repairs and only offer monthly managed service plans.

What is your service area?

Is your help desk U.S. based?

Yes. All of our employees and tech support staff are located in the Central Valley.

We are in the healthcare industry, can we use an outsourced IT provider?

Yes. However, you must use an IT firm like Datapath, who is HIPAA compliant themselves.

As of September 2013, your BA’s (Business Associates) are required to meet all of the HIPAA Security Regulations, just like you are. Failure of your BA’s to be compliant with HIPAA requires you to cease using their services.

Will you come on-site when I have a problem?

If the problem you are experiencing cannot be addressed remotely, then we will dispatch a technician on-site.

Will you work with my vendors to fix issues with my IT infrastructure?

Yes, we facilitate the communication to make sure you don’t get stuck in the middle of who’s to blame. We work to resolve the issue at our first priority.

Will you help us to plan for upgrades and replacements, so we don’t have financial surprises?

Absolutely, using a proactive approach to IT management helps to minimize surprises and budget for upgrades that meet your business needs.
