How We’re Continuing to Support You Safely
Datapath is taking every precaution to limit exposure of our team, we are here to help you fulfill your temporary objectives to handle this situation. We are taking the following actions to assist during this time:
We are providing technicians field kits that include sanitizers and cleaning supplies to clean workstations and surfaces before and after working within your environments.
We are reviewing each organization’s current remote work capability and will assist in preparing your workforce to work remotely, should your team choose to do so.
We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations to aid in preventing spread of the disease.
Although we will make best effort to address support issues remotely as a first resort, we will still have technicians available to go onsite to assist your staff during this stressful time.
Datapath will implement our own “work from home” policy when recommended to do so by the CDC and World Health Organization. Our technicians will still be available to assist with the remote connections to the best of our ability using remote support tools.
Datapath understands that these recent events are concerning and impactful to you and your team, so we will make every effort we can to assist you to keep things running as we all go through this together.
