Payment Terms

Effective July 1st, 2026, Datapath is updating its Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing billing policy. Monthly licenses will be billed from activation date, with additions prorated where applicable and reductions taking effect on the next billing cycle. Annual commitment licenses remain billable through the applicable Microsoft and Google commitment term unless Microsoft or Google allows cancellation or reduction and issues a corresponding credit.

California

NET15 on all invoices.

Projects (Anything with Fixed Fee)

  1. 50% down payment on fixed fee upon creation of project - Invoice 1.
  2. Product on project - billed off Sales Order - Invoice 2.
  3. Project completed - remainder of fixed fee (50%) - Invoice 3.

California E-Rate Projects

  1. Down payment invoice (customer % of the project) when product is received by customer, not installed - Invoice 1.
  2. E-Rate project completed - billed to USAC - Invoice 2.

Datapath Ohio, LLC - Payment Terms

Ohio

NET15.

All Imagine Schools are NET30.

Projects (Anything with Fixed Fee)

  1. 50% down payment on fixed fee upon creation of project - Invoice 1.
  2. Project completed - remainder of fixed fee and product bill from project - Invoice 2.

Ohio E-Rate Projects

  1. Down payment invoice (customer % of the project) prior to ordering product - Invoice 1.
  2. E-Rate project completed - billed to USAC - Invoice 2.
